We’re excited to announce a NEW LOCATION this year!  We will be headed to the Agate Beach Inn in Newport, Oregon  • February 7-9, 2025 – Friday evening through Sunday morning. 

There are 2 room options at this stunning, on the beach location.  Choose a Hillside room for $285 OR an Oceanside room for $350.  

All rooms are double occupancy and have 2 queen beds plus a private bath.  Cost includes 2 nights accommodation, access to indoor pool and hot tub, breakfast Saturday & Sunday (Saturday Lunch is on your own), Dinner Saturday, and all conference sessions and activities.  

$85 deposit due at time of reservation.  Payment plans available.  Please read the reservation form carefully.
