CAMPUS INITIATIVE
We’re entering a critical season for our property and long-term vision. Due to a city zoning change, we now need special permits and must bring our campus up to code to continue ministry here. This wasn’t something we initiated—but it’s something we must walk through with faith and stewardship.
Over the next 3–5 years, required upgrades include paving, storm drainage, ADA-compliant parking, driveway changes, landscaping, and more—estimated at $750k. We’re believing for $250K/year to stay on track. The LTC remodel is currently on pause, as permits are being blocked until code work progresses. We’re asking donors to redirect support to the Campus Initiative.
We’re standing in faith for a miracle and asking you to:
Pray for city favor and provision
Give as you’re able
Partner with us to build for future generations

1. WHOLENESS CENTER
This will be a large room that has a total of 3 offices for Wholeness sessions (i.e SOZO, Counseling, etc.) and the large room will be dividable down the middle. Life School will also utilize these rooms.
2. HALLWAY
The hallway will need to be finished to give easy access to those who have mobility challenges and diabilities.
3. STORAGE & CLASSROOM
With all that goes on in the LTC we need storage space for all the stuff. The classroom will give us extra meeting space for classes, bible studys, and such.
4. BATHROOMS
We will have ADA compliant bathrooms on this side of the building.
5. YOUTH GROUP ROOM
Lets be real. The Youth need their own space that they’re free to be big kids.

The Lord says that you’re in a time where EVERYTHING is going to a NEW LEVEL, but it FEELS like everything is going to a new level ALL AT ONCE! And, you’re wanting to survive going to the new level…and the Lord says, I’m going to BRING THE FUNDS, everything is going to come together, all the different pieces thatyou need, even permits, everything that you need. And the Lord says that in this newendeavor, it’s NOT going to hurt the church, it’s going to HELP the church evenfinancially, I see that they’ve taken on a big, big load, but the Lord says to the people ofthe church, I’m going to BLESS YOU in return, don’t be concerned, the money is goingto come for your individual needs and the Lord says, in the coming “JESUS PEOPLE MOVE” this is going to be just a MAIN HUB of what the Holy Spirit is doing.You’re called to REVIVAL, you’re called to REFORMATION and you’re called to bring CHANGE TO SOCIETY and so this is going to be a place that is not only“Supernatural” and releasing miracles, but it’s going to release GOVERNMENTAL MIRACLES.
You’re going to RAISE UP GOVERNMENT LEADERS that are going to go into office, they’re going to help change Oregon and the nations and the Lord says, I call this a “SENDING CENTER,” you’re going to go as the Ekklesia into the nations of the world. The Lord says that you’re going to start SHOOTING MISSIONARIES LIKE ARROWS into the nations, even in the Middle East, the Lord says that I’m going to use for the ISAIAH 19 HIGHWAY from Egypt, to Assyria to Israel and the Lord says…”GET READY” because I’m going to bring you “THE BEST OF THE BEST,” my choice, JOHN THE BAPTISTS who are going to be FORERUNNERS and prepare the way for My coming, says the Lord!
Future pROJECT
FINLEY HALL (Fireside Room)
1. FIRESIDE AREA & PATIO
This will be a large room with a fireplace and lots of seating. This will include an outdoor patio with a beautiful view.
2. COMMERCIAL KITCHEN
We need a large kitchen to accomodate all of the things God has in store for LTC. People like food. Make food and they will come!
